Corporate vehicle leasing is a process where a vehicle selected by your company is purchased by KFZ Lease and made available for your business use under an agreed contract term and payment schedule.


KFZ Lease retains ownership of the vehicle throughout the contract period. Your company uses the vehicle for its operations and makes the lease payments specified in the contract. The legal framework for financial leasing is regulated under Law No. 6361.

KFZ Lease's vehicle leasing service is exclusively for corporate clients.


  • Companies eligible to apply may include, depending on KFZ Lease's evaluation criteria:
  • Joint-stock companies,
  • Limited liability companies,
  • Cooperatives,
  • Commercial enterprises affiliated with associations and foundations,
  • Other commercial entities with legal personality.


Individual vehicle leasing applications are not accepted.

KFZ Lease's vehicle leasing service is aimed at corporate entities with legal personality. Sole proprietorships and individual customers are not included in our service scope.

Within the scope of financial evaluation and company policies;

The vehicle's brand, model, sale price, age, intended use, and supplier are taken into account in the financing evaluation.

Yes. The vehicle financed under the leasing scheme must be used for the applicant company's operations and corporate needs.

The terms of vehicle use, authorized users, and the company's responsibilities are specified in the financial leasing agreement.

Your company determines the make, model, equipment, and supplier of the vehicle that suits its needs. A proforma invoice for the selected vehicle is submitted to KFZ Lease. Once the vehicle and supplier are deemed eligible for financing, the evaluation and bidding process begins. The Association of Financial Institutions also describes the general leasing procedure as the customer determining the investment asset and the supplier, and then receiving a bid.

Yes. Your company can apply for a single vehicle or multiple vehicles.

The number of vehicles, the total investment amount, the company's financial structure, and its payment capacity will be evaluated together to prepare a suitable financing model.

Yes. Brand new vehicles purchased from an authorized dealer or a supplier approved by KFZ Lease can be considered for leasing. To initiate the application, the proforma invoice for the selected vehicle must be submitted.

Used vehicles can be evaluated according to KFZ Lease's current financing criteria.

During the evaluation, the following aspects of the vehicle may be examined:


  • Age,
  • Mileage,
  • Technical condition,
  • Damage history,
  • Inspection value,


Seller and invoicing conditions.

Electric and hybrid vehicles that are deemed eligible for financing can be considered under leasing agreements. Financing terms for these vehicles are determined by considering the vehicle price, supplier, technical specifications, and the company's financial structure.

The required documents may vary depending on the company's legal structure and the application amount. Generally, the following documents may be requested:


  • Tax registration certificate,
  • Trade registry gazette,
  • Signature circular,
  • Current business activity certificate,
  • Documents showing ownership structure,
  • Current financial statements,
  • Corporate tax and provisional tax returns,
  • Bank and credit information,
  • Proforma invoice for the selected vehicle.


The final document list will be shared with your company by KFZ Lease after the application.

The process generally consists of the following stages:


  1. Your company identifies the appropriate vehicle and supplier for its needs.
  2. A proforma invoice for the vehicle is obtained.
  3. Corporate application documents are submitted to KFZ Lease.
  4. The company's financial structure and payment capacity are evaluated.
  5. An offer is prepared including the term and payment plan.
  6. After the offer is accepted, a contract is signed.
  7. The vehicle is purchased from the supplier by KFZ Lease.
  8. Registration, insurance, and delivery procedures are completed.
  9. The vehicle is made available for your company's use.

The evaluation period may vary depending on:

KFZ Lease aims to process applications quickly, transparently, and clearly.

An initial payment may be requested following the financial assessment. The initial payment amount will be determined based on the vehicle price, total financing amount, preferred term, and the company's payment capacity.

The payment plan is prepared taking into account your company's financial structure and cash flow.


  • When creating the plan, the following are evaluated:
  • Total cost of the vehicle(s),
  • Financing amount,
  • Contract duration,
  • Initial payment,
  • Company's periodic payment capacity.


Final rental amounts and payment dates are clearly stated in the offer and contract.

Throughout the lease agreement, the vehicle remains the property of KFZ Lease. Your company has the right to use the vehicle under the terms specified in the agreement. The purchase and transfer terms applicable at the end of the agreement are determined in the lease agreement.

Compulsory traffic insurance is arranged for the vehicle. Comprehensive insurance (kasko) may also be made mandatory under the contract to protect the financed asset. The scope of the policy, the renewal process, the payment method, and the responsibilities of the parties are explained in the offer and contract.

KFZ Lease's core service is vehicle financing.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer or contract;


  • Periodic maintenance,
  • Repairs,
  • Tires,
  • Fuel or charging,
  • Highway tolls and fees,
  • Parking,
  • Other expenses arising from use,


are the responsibility of the company using the vehicle.

Traffic fines, toll violations, and similar liabilities arising from the use of the vehicle are the responsibility of the company using the vehicle. The relevant amounts may be charged to the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract and legal procedures.
